Patience is definitely needed when dealing with wait times. I had the experience that you did except that I am not as patient. I wrote Ooma like 70 emails and called them dozens of times. The service is not all that, and at times it was simply infuriating. A few weeks ago, I felt like I wasted so much time and money on this thing. I mean, after all, my phone company kept charging me fifty dollars a month, meanwhile my emails were rarely replied to and calls/messages went unanswered. Anyway, long story short, I am still spending way too much time dealing with my Ooma, except now it's out of joy instead of frustration. I cannot believe that I have this little device up and running--finally. If the company stays in business and my Ooma keeps on working, I think it's all well worth it.
