Yeah I have read mixed reviews on ooma which most are dealing with their customer service. Patience is definitely needed when dealing with wait times. Glad to hear you have it running right finally, it's a great little device and works flawlessly every day so far. :clapping: Now breathe and relax...enjoy the ride!

That's awesome Jean! I had the experience that you did except that I am not as patient. I wrote Ooma like 70 emails and called them dozens of times. The service is not all that, and at times it was simply infuriating. A few weeks ago, I felt like I wasted so much time and money on this thing. I mean, after all, my phone company kept charging me fifty dollars a month, meanwhile my emails were rarely replied to and calls/messages went unanswered. Anyway, long story short, I am still spending way too much time dealing with my Ooma, except now it's out of joy instead of frustration. I cannot believe that I have this little device up and running--finally. If the company stays in business and my Ooma keeps on working, I think it's all well worth it. Good luck with your Ooma, fellow Oomean!

Best,
