More pictures taken with Canon PowerShot A650IS in Colorado

Here are some more pictures from another day cruising the Rocky Mountains in Denver Colorado! These photos were taken with my Canon PowerShot A650IS. I pulled these pictures straight off the camera and the only adjustments I’ve made is some resizing and cropping. The original pics were taken at the 12 megapixel super fine quality so resizing had to be done for web viewing!

This was a very overcast day with pending rain when we drove off for our adventure! We really wanted to see the Aspens change color but basically had missed the bulk of them in late September.

The higher we went, the colder it got, you can see the snowcapped mountains Another beautiful picture of the Rocky Mountains in Denver Colorado

Aspens finally changing colors! The brilliant yellow hue looks nice with the evergreens.

Here are pictures of the curvy roads down the Rocky Mountains. The first picture is one that I stitched together from 4 photos. As you can see, there are certain scenes that are harder to match up in photo stitching. The curve lines of the road gives it away. Maybe some retouching would help the lines look better. Regardless, the photo stitching of the Canon A650IS capability prove to be handy and fun to use.

What a nice trip! If you’ve never been out that way, it is breathtakingly beautiful! :luv:
